     In the class, the topic is about dealing booking enquirers the hotel. We discussed how to turn down bookings, give explanations and suggest alternatives.

     Form the topic, we took turns to be caller and receptionist. Then we do the exercised how to say canceling about the reservation and recommend an alternative.

     So that, I got how to used the sentence and how to say when I have to turn down bookings. And find the way to suggest the good choices to the guest.
