      Songkran is a Thai traditional New Year which starts on April 13 every year and lasts for 3 days. Songkran festival on April 13 is Maha Songkran Day or the day to mark the end of the old year, April 14 is Wan Nao which is the day after and April 15 is Wan Thaloeng Sok which the New Year begins.

Every year I go to the Phetchabun to the grandparent home. When I come back home they will have a party to celebrate the Songkran festival at night but in the afternoon we will go to play the water in the city it has a lot of people come to play the water. Normally, they come with the family and everyone look fun when the people throwing of water has become a huge part of the annual celebrations.

       So that, I will invite you come to play Songkran at Phetchabun. You will be impressed  when you come to play water because it has many tourist attraction such as waterfall, temple, and khaokho, etc.

     From in the class, I knew how to be a receptionist and how to prepare or train to be a good receptionist. I had learned about the operation and services in the hotel. I feel the services in the hotel is very important to impress the customer because if you have good services the customer will come to use it again. I also gained experience the real situation in the hotel when you come to the hotel about the first thing to do include the facilities the hotel will serve you. So you must be enthusiastic all the time when working.

     Therefore, if you want to be a receptionist you must have service mind, etiquette and can solve problems immediately and how to prepare or train to be a good receptionist.
